JAMON IBERICO BLAZQUEZ El jamon Iberco de Blazquez aunque su raza sea del 50% , son precisamente los lipidos o grasas componetes sobre sobre los que se asienta la controversia existente sobre la perjudicial o beneficioso que puede resultar su consumo. Los valores son 10 -15 % proteinas  30 -35% de grasas  55-60 hidratos de carbono. La fabrica de Blazquez procesa sus propia aliemtacion para el engorde del cerdo,  consiguiendo finalmente un buen jamon iberico, si importar la raza si fuera del 100%. Valoracion 8 de 10
